Committee for Children uses UPS for all shipments to the US and Canada (except as noted).
Note: There is a $20 minimum shipping charge for all listed shipping options other than UPS Ground within the continental US

UPS 2nd Day Air (3–4 business days), 10% gross physical product total
UPS Next Day Air (2–3 business days), 15% gross physical product total

Hawaii and Alaska

UPS Ground (5–10 business days), 10% gross physical product total

Physical Items

If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges of items in resale condition up to ninety (90) days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling).

Digital Product Subscriptions

For individual or schoolwide one-, three-, and five-year Second Step Middle School subscriptions and for one-year schoolwide Mind Yeti for Schools subscriptions, we accept cancellations up to ninety (90) days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price. (See below for personal monthly Mind Yeti subscriptions.)

Personal Mind Yeti Subscriptions

For personal annual and monthly Mind Yeti subscriptions, we accept cancellations up to thirty (30) days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price.

If you wish to use a carrier other than those listed, do not place your order in our online store. Instead, please call our client support staff.
