Physical Items

If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges of items in resale condition up to ninety (90) days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling).

Digital Product Subscriptions

For individual or schoolwide one-, three-, and five-year Second Step Middle School subscriptions and for one-year schoolwide Mind Yeti for Schools subscriptions, we accept cancellations up to ninety (90) days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price. (See below for personal monthly Mind Yeti subscriptions.)

Personal Mind Yeti Subscriptions

For personal monthly Mind Yeti subscriptions, we accept cancellations up to thirty (30) days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price.

If you wish to use a carrier other than UPS, do not place your order in our online store. Instead, please call our client support staff to request this.
