Committee for Children uses UPS for shipments to the US and Canada (except as noted).
Note: There is a $20 minimum shipping charge for all listed shipping options other than UPS Ground within the continental US

Within the Continental US

UPS Ground (5–10 business days), at no charge
UPS 2nd Day Air (3–4 business days), 10% of gross physical product total
UPS Next Day Air (2–3 business days), 15% of gross physical product total
Note: Street addresses only; for rural PO boxes, please contact our client support staff. FedEx may be used for small shipments, at no charge

Hawaii and Alaska

UPS Ground (5–10 business days), 10% of gross physical product total
UPS 2nd Day Air (3–4 business days), 15% of gross physical product total

US Territories and Military Addresses

USPS (7–15 business days), 10% of gross physical product total

Canada

UPS World Ease (7–10 business days), 15% of gross physical product total
Note: UPS World Ease shipments to Canada are shipped on Fridays only

Our Guarantee and Returns

Committee for Children guarantees all materials.

Physical Items

If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges of items in resale condition up to ninety (90) days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling).

Digital Product Subscriptions

For individual or schoolwide one-, three-, and five-year Second Step Elementary and Middle School digital programs subscriptions, and Second Step SEL for Adults subscriptions, we accept cancellations up to ninety (90) days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price.
